Cabinn Copenhagen søger en deltidsnattevagt til receptionen hver anden weekend (fredag-søndag, 23:00-07:00). Du skal have erfaring fra servicejob, være effektiv og kunne arbejde selvstændigt om natten. Vigtige opgaver omfatter check-in/check-out, telefonbetjening og samarbejde med andre afdelinger. Working time is Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday (23:00-07:00 = 15 hours) for our hotel at Kalvebod Brygge, CABINN Copenhagen.

The reception is the heart of the hotel, and as a receptionist you act as a liaison between the departments. Here your most important task is to ensure that guests have the best stay with us – this can be in connection with an overnight stay, a meeting, or an event. Your other tasks revolve around servicing our guests; check-in and check-out, booking of rooms, answering the telephone, café sales, receiving conference guests, guest correspondence, and cooperation with the other departments.
Who are you?
- You have experience from other service jobs
- A colleague who is a little out of the ordinary – you must be efficient, have a twinkle in your eye and love being at the hotel hub
- You enjoy working nights and can work alone
- A colleague who takes ownership of the tasks and follows them through
- You speak and write English (preferably also some Danish)
- You have danish CPR number and bank account
