Responsibility

• Maintain the highest levels of quality according to brand guidelines.
• Keeping the unit clean and presentable and following mood setting procedures.
• Follow the Guest Journey according to brand guidelines.
• Cash Handling
• Upselling and cross selling according to sales mix.
• Make beverages and handle the bar.
• Be knowledgeable about the full menu, so you can guide the guests to any special needs such as allergies.
• Reporting through internal reporting systems on closing shifts is important.
• Follow the KPI’s set by management.
