Pizzeria Luca is an Italian restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen at Gammel Strand. We are passionate about authentic Italian food, great ingredients, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

We are now looking for a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. If you have experience working with pizza, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering high-quality food, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pizzas according to Luca’s recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
• Assist with daily prep work and mise en place.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Our Perfect Pizzaiolo Has

• Previous experience as a pizzaiolo or working with pizza production.
• Experience working in a busy restaurant environment.
• A passion for Italian cuisine and quality ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.
