Pizzaiolo Dronningmølle - Sommersæson 2026

Restaurant Møllen-Il Molino in Dronningmølle is owned by two Danish Chefs Christian Krejberg and Kristian Paulli. It opened up summer 2025. The restaurant serves simple dishes like pasta, pizza, vitello tonnato, ice cream desserts, etc. There is not a Website to the restaurant but an Instagram account: _mollen, dronningmolle, and facebook and of course Google account: Møllen, Dronningmølle. The Job consists of opening, topping, baking and dressing pizzas in lunch and evening hours 12.00 till 21.00 o’clock, 5 days a week. Within a 9 hour shift there is one hour lunch break, so the day is 8 hours full work. All together 40 hours work schedule a week.

We will plan the work week together with you on arrival so it fits the restaurant and you. There is most likely also the option to work more hours if you so wishes. But the 40 hours a week is non negotiable, we will need you all 40 hours a week.

Besides your salary you have the right to one meal and one beverage a day, also the days you don’t work during the week. If possible we will also help to find a cheap and good place of residence for you. It is paramount to us, that you get a beneficial and healthy stay here with us in our restaurant.

Job requirements

• You have experience working in a professional kitchen.
• You are willing to adapt to our restaurant way of making pizzas.
• You have a positive outlook on working, working in a team, and life in general.
• You have experience working as a pizzaiolo, working the pizzas in and out of the oven.
• You speak a little English.

We offer:

• Period: 15 June – 15 August 2025
• Hours: 40 hours per week (5 day week, weekend work is expected)
• Salary is 160 kr / 21 euro an hour. So a 40 hour work week pays 6400 kr / 853 euro, + 12.5% holiday pay
• One meal and beverage per workday included + days off
• Help with accommodation available
