Vi søger en motiveret Assistant Manager til Chicks By Chicks i Tivoli Food Hall. Du skal have erfaring fra køkkendrift og interesse for mad af høj kvalitet. Dine opgaver omfatter madproduktion, daglig drift, gæsteoplevelse og hygiejne. Du arbejder tæt sammen med Unit Manager og sikrer, at hver gæst får en fantastisk oplevelse. Chicks By Chicks is placed in Tivoli Food Hall in the heart of Copenhagen, where we since 2017 has served juicy chickens to the locals at Vesterbro and Tivoli’s always happy guests. In Tivoli Food Hall you will find 15 carefully selected food stalls and a variety of taste experiences combined with the fantastic atmosphere of The Tivoli Garden.
At Chicks by Chicks, we focus on making tasty food filled with passion and good ingredients. Our Danish chickens have had a good life and are prepared with spices and lots of love on our French rotisserie.
We need a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. If you have experience working in a kitchen and a passion for food, love to serve guests in order to give them a wonderful experience, you are the one we are looking for.
Responsibilities
- Production of food.
- Daily management.
- Cash handling & reporting.
- Preparation and sale of food and drink.
- Guest experience and guest satisfaction.
- Hygiene and cleaning.
- Ensure that products and experiences of the highest quality are delivered to each guest.
- Handling and preparation of food for various Take Away providers.
- Close collaboration with the Unit Manager.
