About the job
Yi Dumpling is looking for a reliable and hard-working kitchen assistant to join our team in Aarhus C.
You will be part of a small kitchen team in a busy dumpling bar, where teamwork and good communication are important.
Your main tasks will include:

Preparing ingredients (washing, cutting and basic prep for dumplings and other dishes)

Assisting with dumpling production and simple hot dishes

Setting up and organising kitchen workstations

Refilling ingredients and keeping prep areas stocked during service

Keeping kitchen work areas clean and tidy
-
Helping where needed during busy service hours
Working hours and employment
We are looking for both part-time and full-time employees:
-
Part-time: approximately 12–20 hours per week
-
Full-time: approximately 37 hours per week
Working hours will include weekdays and weekends according to a shift schedule. Please state in your application whether you are applying for part-time or full-time, and when you are usually available to work.
About you
We expect that you:

Have at least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen, canteen, restaurant or similar

Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Are punctual, responsible and stable

Can work both independently and as part of a team

Care about hygiene and keeping your workstation clean and organised
Experience with Asian cuisine is an advantage, but not a requirement – we will teach you our way of working.
