We are looking for an experienced souschef to Momo New concept that can cook great asian food. Momo Wok has been a Copenhagen favorite for asian street food since 2013 as is expanding its operation.
Chef – Asian Street Food Restaurant
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our street food restaurant. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook street food dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen.
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Train and support kitchen staff when needed.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a chef or cook, preferably in Asian or Japanese cuisine.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
