About the Position

We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our new team at Motel One in Copenhagen. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of the daily operation while also stepping into a leadership role when needed. You will play a key role in supporting the team and helping establish a structured, respectful, and high-performing operation from day one.

The Role

1. Housekeeping

This is the core of the job—you’ll spend most of your time working as part of the team.

You will:

• Clean rooms to a high and consistent standard

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment

• Contribute to a positive and respectful team atmosphere

• Lead by example through your attitude, quality, and work ethic

2. Supervising

You will:

• Take ownership of the operation during your shift

• Prepare and adjust daily task sheets and room assignments

• Coordinate priorities with Front Office

• Act as the main point of contact during your shift

• Support team members and solve problems

• Keep communication clear and reliable

• Follow up and ensure agreed standards are consistently met

About You

We are looking for someone who already has experience in housekeeping and is ready to take on more responsibility.

You:

• Are used to taking the lead and helping others perform at their best

• Are structured, detail-oriented, and maintain a good overview

• Bring positive energy and focus on results

• Are reliable and follow through on what you start

• Communicate clearly and respectfully, even under pressure

• Value working with people from different cultures and backgrounds

You should also:

• Have experience in housekeeping

• 08:00–16:00

• every second weekend and some holidays

• 25-30 hours per week

• Have familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, Teams, Planday) – preferred

• Fluency in English is required; other language skills are a bonus.
