The Role

As an R&D Engineer, you will play a key role in national and international research and development projects from concept to implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maturing innovative technologies within metal processing and chip‑removal machining.

• Driving process and production optimization for industrial applications.

• Collaborating closely with colleagues, customers, and industry partners.

• Contributing to advanced engineering solutions that support the green transition.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• A strong theoretical and practical background in mechanical engineering.

• Preferably a specialization in materials engineering (ambitious graduates are welcome to apply).

• Experience with material processing and/or chip‑removal machining (an advantage).

• Strong IT skills and familiarity with modern engineering tools.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

• Analytical mindset and solid problem‑solving abilities.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• EU passport.
