Position Overview:

The overall goal of the position is to provide excellent service to all our customers, and sell our top-market products, respecting internal procedures and the legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform currency exchange transactions following company policies and legal regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company positively during all interactions.
  • Identify customer needs, explain the advantages of exchange processes, and facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
  • Document transactions accurately in compliance with legal and procedural standards.
  • Proactively offer suggestions for operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma (minimum requirement).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service or sales role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory). Knowledge of Danish or other languages is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong ability to identify customer needs and expectations.
    • Comfortable with direct customer interaction and committed to delivering top-tier service.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
