ABOUT THE POSITION:
As our new Head of Sales/CSO, you will play a central role in driving Jupiter Bach’s commercial growth at a defining moment. As part of a newly developed growth strategy now entering implementation, we are strengthening the commercial function and introducing dedicated customer account teams to lead the growth.
You will own the OEM growth strategy, the associated budgets and the relationships with the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturers, positioning Jupiter Bach as the strategic partner of choice in a rapidly changing industry.
You will be accountable for external sales and for customer-level CM1 performance, driving revenue growth, opportunity conversion and clear customer prioritization.
Leading the customer account teams, you will scale our expanded service and logistics portfolio across the customer base. The role also carries responsibility for escalating overdue receivables and for supporting customer forecasting across regions and functions, ensuring commercial discipline and alignment throughout the organization.
The commercial team consists of 4 senior commercial profiles, based at our offices in Køge and Holstebro, Denmark.
You will be part of the executive management team, and you will report directly to our CEO.
Travel must be expected between 40-50 days per year.
The work location will be in Holstebro.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute the company’s global sales strategy to grow revenue, market share, and Share of Wallet within target OEM accounts
- Build the commercial roadmap to support the company’s transition from leading supplier of composite material to preferred strategic partner status delivering system solutions as a tier-1 supplier
Account Management
- Own and orchestrate executive-level relationships with wind turbine OEM procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain functions
- Develop and implement 360° Customer Account Teams.
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle from initial qualification and RFQ response through to long-term framework agreements
Business Development
- Identify opportunities at the OEM for offering Jupiter Bach’s combined scope of services and products
- Develop and adapt JB’s value proposition towards future demand of the OEM’s
- Secure link between new opportunities towards JB capabilities and cost base
Sales Organization Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and business development team
- Define sales processes, CRM discipline, pipeline management, and forecasting process
- Create a performance culture with clear accountability for order intake, revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years’ experience within B2B leadership role, ideally from the Wind Industry Supply Chain
- Experience with introducing Customer Account Teams or similar structure
- Has proven track record of winning and expanding major OEM accounts, managing multi-year contract negotiations, and delivering consistent revenue growth
- Deep understanding of OEM procurement processes and the dynamics of sub supplier relationships in an industrial context (preferably wind)
- Good technical understanding, enabling effective sales.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience handling complex, high-value contracts
- Strategic thinker with the discipline to manage both long-horizon account development and near-term revenue delivery
- Commercially sharp with strong grasp of margin management, cost modelling, and pricing strategy
- Network within the wind energy industry at senior procurement and engineering levels is a significant asset
- Ability to represent the company professionally in writing and verbal
