  • Leading the evaluation of consumer engagement pathways using the COM-B model and Behaviour Change Wheel across three phases – baseline measurement, pre/post pilot assessment, and longitudinal tracking.

  • Collaborating with technical partners (e.g. on digital tool design) and pilot coordinators to translate empirical findings into engagement strategies and pilot protocols.

  • Communicating findings through reports, presentations and stakeholder workshops, and participating in project and consortium meetings.

  • Producing high-quality research for publication in leading international peer-reviewed journals and presenting at international conferences.

Qualifications

  • Experience with citizen science, co-creation, or other participatory/qualitative research methods is an advantage.

  • Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills (e.g. SPSS, R, or similar).
