Handyman / Experienced Property Maintenance Worker (Part-Time)

At BAYE ApS, we specialize in property maintenance, apartment turnarounds, and light renovation projects. We are currently looking for a reliable, skilled, and experienced handyman / maintenance worker to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will involve general handyman and property maintenance work in the Greater Copenhagen area, including but not limited to:
- Interior Painting: Preparing surfaces and painting walls/ceilings to a high standard.
- Furniture Assembly: Assembling and installing cabinets, wardrobes, and other modular furniture.
- Fixtures & Installations: Mounting curtain rails, blinds, shelves, mirrors, and TV brackets.
- Minor Repairs: Handling basic repair jobs around residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, painting, or carpentry.
- Strong practical skills and the ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
- A detail-oriented mindset—ensuring tasks like curtain installation and painting are done neatly.
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable, with a service-minded attitude toward clients.
- Language: Basic English or Turkish or Danish is required for communication.
- A valid EU driver’s license (Kategori B) is preferred but not a must.
