About the Role

We are seeking Ground Operations Assistant who is serviceminded, proactive, and ready to learn. The successful candidate will support daily flight operations by providing high-quality service at the check-in counters, boarding gates, and ramp areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and punctual flight handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform passenger check-in, document verification, and luggage handling at the check-in counters.

• Manage boarding procedures at the gate, including announcements, passenger coordination, and communication with flight crews.

• Coordinate ground handling activities on the ramp, ensuring safe aircraft turnaround operations.

• Maintain communication with airline operation centers, airport authorities, and service partners.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve passenger inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior airport or aviation experience preferred.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish or Chinese is an advantage.
